Vehicle Equipment Sales

Where goods are purchased from Emergency Fleet Solutions LTD:

Collection

Unless otherwise stated, goods are available for collection within 2 business days.

Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, goods are usually shipped within 3–5 business days.
Supply chain delays or international shipping—either to us from suppliers or from us to customers—may result in longer delivery times.

If goods cannot be shipped from our location within 28 days, a full refund will be offered. You may also choose to wait for your goods.

Unless specifically stated, parcel tracking will not be available.

Responsibility After Dispatch

Once shipped, Emergency Fleet Solutions LTD accepts no responsibility for the goods.
You assume full responsibility once items leave our premises.

Any claim relating to:

  • lost in transit

  • item not arrived

  • item damaged in transit

must be made directly to the carrier.

Returns

If within 7 days of receiving your product you are unhappy with it, you should contact:

to arrange a return.

  • You are responsible for return postage costs

  • A 20% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to a product fault

Refunds are processed within 28 days of us receiving the returned item—although we aim for 7 days where possible.

Faulty Items (Sold as New)

If you receive a faulty product that was sold as new:

  • We may need the item returned for manufacturer assessment

  • Repairs or replacements may take up to 28 days

  • If the product is not repairable, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost

  • Emergency Fleet Solutions LTD will cover the return carriage cost

Cancellation Terms (Installations)

Emergency Fleet Solutions LTD, its director(s), and employees understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary.

Standard Cancellation Fee

All cancellations incur a £75 administration fee, deducted before any refund.

Rearranging Instead of Cancelling

If you wish to re-arrange instead of cancel, there is no charge provided 72 hours’ notice is given in writing via email: sales@emergencyfleetsolutions.co.uk

If You Re-arrange and Later Cancel

If you re-arrange a booking and subsequently cancel it:

  • Refunds will be handled case-by-case

  • Emergency Fleet Solutions LTD reserves the right to charge the full cancellation cost

Refund processing time for equipment-related cancellations may be up to 28 days.

If Emergency Fleet Solutions Ltd Cancels the Installation

If Emergency Fleet Solutions LTD cancels an installation for any reason:

  • Installation costs will be refunded in full within 14 days, or

  • Equipment will be transferred to the customer with all other costs refunded within the same 14-day period
