3. VEHICLE EQUIPMENT SALES

3.1 Collection & Delivery

• Collection: Ready within 2 business days unless stated otherwise.

• Delivery: Typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.

If dispatch cannot occur within 28 days, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• The option to wait

3.2 Responsibility After Dispatch

Responsibility transfers to the customer once goods leave our premises.

Claims for:

• Lost items

• Damaged items

• Non-delivery

must be made directly with the shipping carrier.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Customer pays return postage unless item is faulty.

• A 20% restocking fee applies (unless faulty).

• Refunds are processed within 28 days (target 7 days).

• Faulty items may require up to 28 days for manufacturer inspection.

Used Item Categories

Cat A: As-new items with cosmetic damage; discounted.
Cat B: Used, fully functional; includes 12-month warranty.
Cat C: Untested/damaged; non-returnable.

Items sold as “Spares or Repairs”, “Untested”, or Cat C are non-returnable.

5. VEHICLE EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION

5.1 Legal Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are legally entitled to use any fitted equipment.

We may refuse installation if unlawful use is suspected.

If a customer attempts to obtain restricted equipment illegitimately:

• All services will be cancelled with no refund, and

• We may report the matter to relevant authorities (e.g., Police, NHS Trusts, Anti-Terrorism units)

5.2 Cancellation Terms

• All cancellations incur a £75 administration fee.

• Rebooking is free with 72 hours’ notice.

• Rebook → cancel cases may incur full cancellation fees.

• Refunds (for equipment or cancelled work) may take up to 28 days.

If we cancel, all installation fees will be refunded within 14 days.

6. WARRANTY

6.1 Installation Warranty

We provide a 12-month no-quibble warranty on all installations.

6.2 Equipment Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply (up to 5 years, depending on product).

6.3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty is void if damage is caused by:

• Fire (not caused by installation)

• Accidents

• Vandalism or misuse

• Flooding/submersion

• Third-party tampering (mechanics, other installers, etc.)

If warranty work is requested but found not covered, charges may apply for:

• Travel/mileage

• Labour

• Replacement parts

• Administrative costs

7. DAMAGE, THEFT & SECURITY

Emergency Fleet Solutions LTD is not liable for:

• Trim or clip damage (often unavoidable)

• Vandalism, fire, or third-party damage on site

• Theft of the vehicle

• Loss of personal items (customers must remove all belongings)

Secure storage is available for £35/day.
We do not store controlled drugs.

We are not liable for lease-company charges unless the customer requests a lease-safe installation package.

We are not liable for paint damage during removal or fitting of graphics, vinyl, or livery.

8. TRANSPORTING VEHICLES

We accept no responsibility for damage during transportation, whether:

• Driven by us, or

• Moved via third-party transporters

Customers must ensure their insurance covers our staff to drive their vehicle if required.

9. LAST-MINUTE REQUESTS

Changes within 48 hours of a scheduled build may incur:

• £75 admin fee

• Next-day shipping charges

• Full equipment cost

Vehicles delivered in an unfit condition will incur an £85 cleaning fee.

10. SOCIAL MEDIA & MEDIA USE

We may photograph or record vehicle work for portfolio, advertising, or documentation.

We will attempt to mask registration plates, but this cannot be guaranteed.

11. WRAP, LIVERY & DESIGN SERVICES

This includes:

• Design rights (all artwork remains our property)

• Deposits (standard: 50% before booking)

• Cancellation tiers

• Paint-condition requirements

• Aftercare instructions

• Additional charges (cleaning, design edits, late collection, delays)

Panels with previous repairs or resprays may not be warrantied.

12. INSURANCE

We hold no insurable interest in customer vehicles.

Customers must ensure vehicles are:

• Fully insured, and

• Road-taxed

while in our possession.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

• Loss of business or revenue

• Loss of profits

• Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service provided.

Nothing excludes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
